Please note that all our products are 100% digital, and as such, there is no physical shipping involved. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when you will receive your purchased content.

📥 Digital Delivery Only
All programs and other fitness plans—are delivered digitally via email and/or downloadable links immediately after purchase.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link(s) within a few minutes.
The digital product includes PDF program guides and embedded hyperlinks to pre-recorded video content.

Please ensure that you enter a valid and active email address at checkout.

⏱ Delivery Time
Instant Delivery: Most purchases are delivered immediately after payment.
In rare cases (e.g., email server delays), delivery may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive your files within that time, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
